Breakfast time! PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE

1/2 cup pumpkin
1 small frozen banana
1 TBS flax meal
1/2 cup kefir (I use raw goat)
1/4 milk (coconut,almond)
3 ice cubes
1 Tbs pumpkin pie seasoning
Dash of cinnamon
Stevia to taste


I whip it up in my vita mix, this time I froze pumpkin cubes ahead of time. I also am totally aware that the the raw milk thing is a touchy subject but because I can't freely eat almonds or coconut I use raw milk and I always culture it :)
