I know I've been doing a lot of "treats" lately. I've been deprived of desserts and have kind of fallen into a naturally sugary hole!! Last night I did have the realization that ....."ya, I need to slow down" I found this recipe on you tube so I can't take credit for them. However they are delicious an 100% alive! Now that being said if you eat too many or too often they can still do a number on your blood sugar and waistline.
